Before we make changes to the way we spend our time, we need to get an accurate picture of where we actually spend our time. A time audit offers moment by moment awareness AND a big picture perspective on the status quo.
STEPÂ TWO
Make Space
Implement systems and boundaries to reduce the input you allow into your mind. Limit email, social media, news media, and more to reconnect to your own innate wisdom and intuition.
STEPÂ THREE
Reorganize
Learn to eliminate unnecessary time/energy drains, automate repetitive tasks, delegate (even if you can't afford hired help), and optimize the use of your precious brain power.
STEPÂ FOUR
Sustain
Make a plan for how to use the power tools of habits and accountability to help you sustain your new systems for the long run. Learn and implement a simple and flexible framework that will help keep you on track even when life throws you curveballs. Hey there, I'm Mado.
Hey, I’m Mado and all my adult life I struggled to finish or follow through on the things I envisioned.
I thought it was a character defect, but finally learned that it had more to do with a mismatch between how my brain works and how I expect it to work.
Once I started to learn skills to nurture and support my own ability to focus and follow through, I realized that I am capable of so much more than I used to believe. Since then, I’ve been putting my new skills to use studying everything I can about neuropsychology, creativity, productivity and time management.
The more I learned and implemented, the more I noticed my lifelong relationship with anxiety starting to fade. I’m excited to share the tools that help me achieve big things in my life and work while also making space for the type of deep creative focus I used to enjoy as a child.
Here's how Focus & Flow is different from other courses
Focus and Flow will help you train your brain for creative focus while you implement systems and boundaries to sustain and nurture your creative space over the long term. All of this is done using strategies from cognitive neuroscience so that you learn to work with your brainâs natural tendencies (instead of fighting them).
