What is the zoom link for our meetings?

All of our meetings have the same Zoom link, you can access the call here: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/82215754730

When are the group meetings again?

Our group meetings are on Wednesdays at 12:00pm EST/ 9am PST from March 9th to May 25th.

You can add all of the important Flight School dates to your calendar (in your own time zone)  by subscribing to the Flight School calendar.

Where do I find the replays for the live sessions?

Not to worry if you miss a live session, all of the live sessions will be recorded and uploaded to the course platform within 24 hours. You will receive an email / announcement with a link to the replay. 

You can always find the recordings on the left side of your dashboard under “Live Session Info & Replays” or follow this direct link.

How do I get an accountability buddy?

Directions for pairing up with an accountability partner or pod are all outlined here. If you have trouble finding a partner that’s a good fit for you please reach out to [email protected].

When will content be released and where is it?
New content is released on Wednesdays right after our live session so you have an entire week with each module before the live sessions.. New modules live on the course platform in chronological order of release.

I can't log on - what do I do?
If you can’t remember your password: 

• go to the login page
• click on “forgot password.”  
• you will be prompted for your email (this is the email that is tied to your account).  
• click on “send recovery info” and follow the instructions.  
• You will have 6 hours to reset your password.

If that doesn’t work, email [email protected] and we can send your login information to you.

I'm not getting the Flight School emails

• Login to your account and go to the home page. 
•  In the top right corner, click on your avatar (picture) and you will see a drop down menu.  
• Go to settings.   
• Under profile settings, make sure all three blocks are checked and scroll to the bottom of the button and click “Save.”
• If you still do not receive emails, contact [email protected]

I'd like to change the email associated with my account 

• Login to your account and go to the home page.  
• In the top right corner, click on your avatar (picture) and you will see a drop down menu.  
• Go to settings. 
• Under profile settings, change your email address in the email block. 
• Scroll down to password and change your password.  
• Scroll to the bottom and click “Save.”

Do I need to be on Facebook to benefit from this course?

Definitely not! Facebook is just one way to connect with other members of this course. You will also have a chance to be in the community in our live sessions. If you need any help finding an accountability buddy because you’re not on Facebook, please reach out to [email protected]. You do not need to be on Facebook to participate in the 30 day challenges.

How long do I have to access the material in this course?

You will have lifetime access to all of the videos & downloads in Flight School, so you can revisit and rework the content any time. If you’d like to participate in the live coaching calls again next time around there will be a reasonable charge.

What if I fall behind on the modules?

We encourage you to stay current with the modules by scheduling in time for Flight School each week to at minimum watch the videos (generally less than an hour per week) and the live group coaching calls (one hour per week). However, if you fall behind, no need to worry - you have lifetime access to the Flight School content.
